Popular Ways Recruiters Waste Their Time
Sending positions to Gilbert that widely miss what he does will get deleted without replies. If you can't read his resume, he is not going to read your E-mail. Annoying Gilbert too often gets recruiters blacklisted!- Sending bulk E-mail to Gilbert that does not even have a specific job in it.

- Gilbert is not a professional systems administrator. He does what administration is typical of advanced software developers on their development systems, help QA system installs, and more, but he is not an enterprise level administrator.

Recruiter Requiremens
- At least seven years of experience in United States IT recruiting or has exclusive access to unpublished serious positions in a company.
- Has someone in your company who regularly works with the hiring managers. If you don’t do this yourself, know well someone who does.
- Is physically within the United States, and under United States law.
- At least five years of using the Internet for both browsing and E-mail. Additional applications is even better.
- Someone who, when working with client companies, can present Gilbert in a professional manner.
